A hardware company, building locally
Karaa designs the conversion kit, assembles the bikes, and services them here, so a repair never waits on an imported part. We started in 2021 and incorporated in 2023. The same removable battery that drives the bike also runs a pump, lights or a phone charger. We are based in Kampala, Uganda, and deliver across Africa: Kenya, Rwanda, Zambia, Tanzania, Malawi and beyond.
